OMC HMIS Learning Library

 

Welcome to the OMC HMIS Learning Library!

The OMC HMIS Learning Library is a collection of resources for HMIS users who participate in the Oregon Multi-Continuum (OMC) HMIS. Participating Continua of Care (CoC) include Jackson County CoC (OR-502), Central Oregon CoC (OR-503), Salem/Marion, Polk County CoC (OR-504), and Balance of State/ Rural Oregon CoC (OR-505).

The OMC HMIS software is WellSky Community Services (previously called “ServicePoint”).


HMIS staff who participate in the Lane County HMIS (OR-500) should refer to the Lane County HMIS Website for assistance.

HMIS staff who participate in the PDX Metro HMIS should refer to the appropriate CoC site for system assistance:
