Shelters Workflow & Service Transactions
Shelters Workflow & Service Transactions
If your program has the word SHELTERPOINT in it, you must use the Shelters Module to check clients in and out of your project.
Using Shelters to check the client in and out will automatically create an Entry and Exit for them.
Also, checking a client in through ShelterPoint creates an entry linked to a service transaction called a Shelter Stay. Checking them out using ShelterPoint creates the exit and ends the Shelter Stay.
You can check whether clients were entered and exited properly by comparing the number of Entry/Exits to the number of Shelter Stays.
