Deleting an Exit

Please be cautious about deleting an exit. This should only be done if the exit should not have been created.

  • Go to the Entry/Exit tab and locate the Exit Date that should be removed. Click the pencil icon just to the left of that date.

Click on Pencil to the Left of Exit Date
  • This will show you the exit information that was previously entered. Please double check and make sure you have selected the correct exit! Click the trash can icon in the upper left corner to delete it.

  • Confirm that you want to delete the exit.

 

  • You will then see a blank Exit Date on the client's profile. This only deletes the Exit for one client. If you need to delete it for multiple clients, remember to go to every client's profile and delete it.
